Soulkitchen is for food lovers who want to enjoy the tasty dishes inspired by Nikkei cuisine – a mix of Peruvian and Japanese culinary traditions. Chef Alessandro Ledda: “I bring together the freshest and bold flavors of Japan and Peru. From mastering the art of sushi to perfecting the art of Ceviche and tiraditos. Every dish in my kitchen is a reflection of the techniques I’ve learned and the flavors I’ve experienced”

Soulkitchen opens from Wednesday till Sunday at 6 pm. As the evening progresses, the venue transforms from a restaurant into a lively club setting.

On Friday and Saturday 10:00 pm onwards, we provide table service dedicated to drinks, perfect for celebrating birthdays, special occasions, or simply enjoying the comfort of your own reserved table. Requests for tables can be made here:

Dining transforms into dancing

Every day around 10:00 pm, Soulkitchen undergoes a magical transformation from a restaurant to a lively club setting. The volume rises and the beats intensify. Come join us for a night of great music, dancing, and unforgettable moments!

On Fridays and Saturdays, we close at 3 AM, and on other days, we close at 12 AM or later if the night is still buzzing.

About the chef

Throughout my travels, I’ve been inspired by the diverse cuisines I’ve encountered, but it was the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors that truly captivated me. The harmony between these two culinary traditions spoke to my soul and ignited a passion within me to share their magic with others.

Now, as the chef of a Japanese and Peruvian restaurant, I bring together the freshest and the bold flavors of Japan and Peru. From mastering the art of sushi to perfecting the art of Ceviche and tiraditos, every dish in my kitchen is a reflection of the techniques I’ve learned and the flavors I’ve experienced.
